The Parking Garage at River Park Square provides a well-lit, convenient alternative to street parking and is close to your favorite stores and restaurants.

The Parking Garage has two entrances:

Lincoln St.

Spokane Falls Blvd.

When you exit your car, please take your parking ticket with you. You can pay for parking at one of the two Express Pay Stations, located on the Street Level and the Third Level. This will allow you to exit the garage quickly through one of the Express Lanes.

Parking Garage Rates

$1.00 per half hour

$8.00 maximum daily rate

$3.00 maximum rate after 5:00 p.m.

$6.00 Early Bird rate before 9:00 a.m.

Parking Validation: Receive $1 off parking with a minimum $20 purchase from participating stores. Receive your validation before going to your car by visiting the Express Pay Stations on the Street Level and the Third Level.
